How long will it take to get my order?

We currently aim for you to receive your order with 48 hours. Speak to a member of the team at our Scunthorpe branch to book a convenient day for delivery. Currently we only delivery to premises within a 40 mile radius of our Scunthorpe branch.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We do not use any third-party carriers to delivery our timber products to your home or job. We only use our expert in-house delivery team to deliver your products.

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to refund items, simply return them in an unused condition within 28 days after you've received them. If you would like to return a bespoke product please contact our friendly team for assistance. You may also return faulty items or anything damaged in transit, however, used items or anything damaged after delivery won't be accepted.

How much will delivery cost me?

Delivery charges depend upon the products which are ordered and the distance covered.

Local Delivery (within 10 mile radius of Scunthorpe): £8.33+VAT / £10.00 inc.VAT
Standard Delivery (10 - 25 mile radius of Scunthorpe): £20.83+VAT / £25.00 inc.VAT
Regional Delivery (25 - 45 mile radius of Scunthorpe): £33.33+VAT / £40.00 inc.VAT

Doors are subject to a delivery charge of £41.66+VAT.

Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £500+VAT (excluding doors). We currently do not deliver orders more than a 45 mile radius of Scunthorpe.

Can I change my delivery date?

If you need to amend your delivery date, please contact a member of the team who will arrange for your delivery date to be amended.

Can I buy online and collect in-store?

Yes, you can reserve your order online, then collect from our Scunthorpe branch the following day. If you need your items sooner, please contact our friendly team who will be able to assist.
