Treated sleepers are pressure treated softwood timbers built for outdoor use, ideal for retaining walls, raised beds, garden edging and steps. Our range covers green and brown treated softwood sleepers, plus untreated oak, in 2.4m and 3.0m lengths. Common sections include 100 x 200mm and 120 x 250mm, with the treatment guarding against rot and insect attack.

Order online for collection or delivery. Most orders are ready to collect in under an hour. Free delivery is available on orders over £500 plus VAT within our 65-mile delivery area.

Treated sleepers are a practical, hard-wearing choice for landscaping and structural garden work. The pressure treatment pushes preservative into the timber, so the sleepers stand up to ground contact, moisture and pests far better than untreated softwood.
