SP101 Flooring Grade 6mm Plywood (2440mm × 1220mm) is a premium subfloor underlayment panel. It is engineered specifically to eliminate installation failures under thin, resilient floorcoverings. The panel provides an exceptionally flat, level, and smooth foundation. It is the ultimate trade choice prior to installing luxury vinyl tiles (LVT), sheet vinyl, linoleum, laminates, or engineered wood.

🛠️ Quick Installation Guide
- Acclimatise: Condition the panels in the installation room for a minimum of 48 hours.
- Layout: Lay sheets in a staggered brick-bond pattern. Leave a 2mm expansion gap at the perimeter.
- Fixing: Secure using ring-shank nails or staples. Space them at 150mm centres across the body and 100mm centres along edges.
