Description

For a fire resistant and quick setting foam, choose Everbuild firefoam B2. This product is a one part polyurethane foam that expands up to 50 times its original volume on application. It meets the DIN 4102 Part 1 standards for Construction Materials; Class B2, which means it slows down the spread of flames and smoke.

You can easily cut, saw or plaster over the foam after only one hour of curing, as long as the working temperatures (can and surfaces) are between 5 to 25oC, ideally 20oC.

Everbuild firefoam B2 is operated by a gun and is perfect product to purchase from Skuma Timba, your local timber merchant in Scunthorpe, as it can be used for various purposes. You can use it to fill gaps around pipes, windows, doors and wires that need a fire rating. You can also use it to seal deep joints before applying sealant or plaster. It works well on irregular gaps in stone, brick, concrete or plaster.

Everbuild firefoam B2 is also great for fixing door frames, timber structures, windowsills and window frames. It can also insulate behind cladding, soffit and barge boards and even in automotive applications.
