This is a polymerically reinforced lap jointing sealant and adhesive used to prevent leaks in gutters and downpipes. It can also be used to carry out small repairs on flat felt roofs. The product forms a flexible seal capable of accommodating 5% movement and is weatherproof, waterproof and permanently flexible. It can be used externally on metal, construction grade plastics, stone, paint, timber, brick, bitumens and asphalt.
